Hip-hop star-maker Russell Simmons has been publicly accused of sexual assault recently. As always with ethics scandals, we are looking for a Jupiter-to-Pallas transit... Jupiter for publicity and Pallas for ethics, generally accompanied by a major outer-planet transit which represents a significant change in status. Transiting Jupiter at 8 Scorpio is opposite Simmon's Pallas at 8 Taurus. If we had a birth time for him, we'd probably see some outer-planet transits and/or significant progressions involving angles.
